FAQ ABOUT THE INTERACTIVE, DYNAMIC, DIGITAL PLATFORM
 
FAQ #1 - Will I be able to ask questions online? YES - you will be able to submit your questions and our moderator will bring those questions to the panelists, just as if you were in the room and raised your hand.  There is no guarantee that every question will be answered, but as many questions that can be answered in the available time will be.
FAQ #2 - How do I watch if I'm not there live? A replay link will be sent to all attendees the day after the Symposium and will be available until the end of June, so you can watch when you are available, based on your personal schedule.  If for some reason you are not able to watch during that month, please contact us and we will make arrangements.

FAQ #3 - What if I need help or have difficulty getting online? A dedicated technician will be available to help via email and text during the entire Symposium to help troubleshoot.  And if you miss anything, you can always watch that on the replay the day after the Symposium. (see FAQ #2)
FAQ #4 - Can I switch between the live Symposium & Online? If NYC is open enough, we will plan meets up and other live gathers that comply with the current local regulations. No additional payments required. In a "normal" year you could switch from the online webinar and live anytime.
FAQ #5 - What type of interactions with speakers and attendees can I expect? Most panelists are available in breakout social rooms following their session to chat informally with attendees. There is a conference chat for everyone to engage in, as well as personal chat & session chat. Attendees can invite anyone on the platform to a one on one, face to face meeting or click a button to randomly meet someone with the speed networking function. There are social gatherings like the post show wrap party or show watch parties and plenty of time on breaks to interact with others on the platform. So many ways to connect.
FAQ #6 - How do I sign up? Click the button above for the option you want to register for and you will be taken through the registration process.  After payment is received, you will be emailed a confirmation that includes a link to a short form to get all your pertinent info.
FAX #7 - Are there student and group discounts? YES - email us to set up your student rate or group discount at info@broadwaysymposium.com
FAQ #8 - What if I am having a financial hardship? We can set up a custom payment plan that can work with any budget. Contact us at info@broadwaysymposium.com and we will work with you.
 
REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel for any reason up to 4 weeks prior to the Symposium, you can receive a full refund or switch to the online webinar version.  If you need to cancel during the last 4 weeks, you can receive a refund, minus $50.  This amount can be applied to the Symposium next year, so you really have nothing to lose. Sign up for the live or online registration and become part of the Symposium Stage Management Family.
 
VIDEO RELEASE
