FAQ ABOUT THE NEW WEBINAR OPTION
The new webinar was born out of your questions about how to attend if you have schedule conflicts, work or the travel and housing was costs are prohibitive. We have, therefore, created a way you can get the information from Broadway's best stage managers, hear and see what they have to say about stage management, the theatre and Broadway, without leaving home.
FAQ #1 - Will I be able to ask questions online? YES - you will be able to submit your questions and our moderator will bring those questions to the panelists, just as if you were in the room and raised your hand. There is no guarantee that every question will be answered, but as many questions that can be answered in the available time will be (both live and online)
FAQ #2 - How to I watch if I'm not there live? A replay link will be sent to all attendees (live and online) the day after the Symposium and will be available until the end of June, so you can watch when you are available, based on your personal schedule. If for some reason you are not able to watch during that month, please contact us and we will make arrangements.
FAQ #3 - What if I need help or have difficulty getting online? A dedicated tech will be available to help via email and text during the entire Symposium to help troubleshoot. And if you miss anything, you can always watch that on the replay the day after the Symposium.
FAQ #4 - Can I switch between the live Symposium & webinar? YES - Just let us know and we can move your registration from live to webinar and from webinar to live. There are no additional fees. That is one reason they are the same low price.
FAQ #5 - How do I sign up? Click the button above for the option you want to register for and you will be taken through the registration process. After payment is received, you will be emailed a confirmation that includes a link to a short form to get all your pertinent info.
